Sergeants – Fines were levied for various bogus reasons.

Program – Lake City Skiers – Jurgen Voss reported on the support from the City: Police, Fire and other services provided.  Joe Thallemer also reported that the Lake City Skiers performed very well.  A letter from a participant complemented the community for their hospitality.  Jennifer Lucht reported that a family with a handicapped child was able to see his father perform due to the handicapped accessible seating provided.
