Committee Reports –
- Big Wheel Race – Penguin Point sponsored the race
- Jurgen Voss – National Water Ski Tournament this weekend.
- Santa House – Rebuild this weekend, 1100 West Winona Ave.
- Fall Displays – Brittony Lyon volunteered to create a new sign for the Fall Displays.
- Golf Outing – September 9. Need help with Tee Sponsors, also need door prizes. Also need help with “hole monitoring” for the golf outing.
50-50 Winner, Ron Donkers – Donated the money back to the club.
Sergeants – Fined visitors for being members of the Rotary Club. Dave Turner was fined to winning the Winona Lake, Bill Reneker Community Service Award. Also all Bankers were asked to pay a fine, Jurgeon Voss was fined for making an announcement that was too long. One table was fined for talking during an announcement.
Program – Honoring long-time member John Elliott. Dave Wolkins hosted a recognition of John Elliott. Dave presented John with the “Sagamore of the Wabash” honor. Also presented with a hand crafted walking cane by Mickey Smithers. Many other people related stories about how John has assisted the community over the years.
