Birthday – Art Gakstatter

Junior Achievement – Ashley Bruner & Courtney Whetstone presented the mission of Junior Achievement to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. This is accomplished by local professionals to go into middle and high school classrooms to present various aspects of personal finance.

There is also a career component to the training, students complete a career interest survey and receive results to assist them in choosing a particular career.

Leslie Friedel, Chief Executive Officer and Glenn Hall, Executive Director of Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice presented information about the mission of Stillwater Hospice and the recent merging of Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice and Stillwater Hospice.

Since 1888, Stillwater Hospice (formerly Visiting Nurse) has served families with a comprehensive suite of compassion services—from chronic disease management and hospice care, to palliative care and grief support.
