Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club – Wednesday September 25th – Banquet
The Optimist Club of Warsaw hosted their annual End-of-Year Celebration on September 25th, 2024. The event was a resounding success, with a total of 101 people in attendance, including 64 members and 37 guests. The festive atmosphere was enhanced by the beautiful setting of the Shrine Building, located on the Kosciusko Community Fair Association grounds. Saucy’s Catering provided a delicious spread of food that delighted everyone in attendance.
The celebration was an opportunity for members to reflect on the club’s accomplishments throughout the year and to look forward to future endeavors. It was also a chance for members to socialize and build relationships with each other and with guests.

A key highlight of the event was the installation of new officers for the 2024-2025 term. District Governor Chris Whitehead administered the oath of office to the following individuals, who will lead the club in the coming year: Jeff Servies Kris Williams Brooke Hamstra Darren Maierle Jennifer Doorman Brad Johnson Angie Tom Paul Finley
Distinguished awards were bestowed upon individuals who demonstrated exceptional achievements.
Rookie of the Year: Kris Williams

Pillar of the Community: Adam Heckaman
The final Member Moment of this year featured our incoming President Paul Finley. Hosted by Brittany Lyon and Jim Smith. While the session proved tedious and long, we were introduced to the life and times of the Finley Family. It gave membership pause as to what we have elected into office. But that’s on us…
The evening was filled with joy, camaraderie, and appreciation, marking a successful conclusion to the year and setting the stage for continued growth and community involvement. It was truly a wonderful celebration!
