Program – Mayor Joe Thallemer presented his State of The City for 2018, listed below are the highlights: The six goals set by the Warsaw Common Council are: 1. Growth Management; 2. Business Retention & Expansion; 3. Business Attraction; 4. Neighborhood Revitalization; 5. Improve Communication Infrastructure; 6. Encourage Downtown Growth. There has been an 8.7% increase in population growth in Warsaw since 2002. Some of the challenges facing Warsaw include: * Workforce training to insure skilled workers are available; * Housing; * Addiction Assistance; & * Child Care
