Program – Functional Medicine – Getting back to the way Medicine is supposed to be – Dr Carol White – Intro by Amy Roe. Dr. White formed Functional Medicine Partners in 2025.
Functional Medicine involves:
Advanced Diagnostics: Often utilizes standard blood work alongside specialized tests, such as gut microbiome analysis, organic acids testing, hormone panels, and environmental toxin evaluations.
Personalized Plans: Treatment strategies focus heavily on food-first nutrition, targeted supplements, sleep optimization, exercise, and stress management, while retaining the ability to prescribe pharmaceuticals when medically necessary.
Education & Partnership: They treat the patient as an active participant in their own long-term healing process.
She and her husband, Doug Kronk, have three amazing sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, three rambunctious lovable dogs, and adorable twin grandsons. In her free time, Dr. White enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. In the winter they like to ski, and in the summer, you will find them by the lake boating, kayaking, wake surfing, or going out to area restaurants to eat and listen to bands play in their lake town. In Dr. White’s coveted alone time, she has edited and published several books, and more are on the horizon over the next couple years.
