Announcements: 1) The Noon Optimists are raising money by selling poinsettias. They will be delivered on November 28. Six and 8 inch poinsettias are available. Contact Bill Cook with the Noon Club if you missed ordering. 2) Jeff Owens is encouraging mentoring for the Oratorical Contest. 3) Tracy Furnivall said that today (Nov 14) was the their Open House  at the Baker Youth Club showcasing where money raised in the community has been invested: ExerGame, STEM lab and the art studio. Cakes by Betty’s. If you can’t make it today “come visit us if you can.” 4) Ot Schroeder discussed Club Visitation to the Rochester Club last Monday. They were celebrating their 40th Birthday. Ot, Ron Donkers, Ron Chambers, Doc Haines and Pam Galloway attended. A good time was had by all! Ot thanked Joel Wihebrink for the use of the trucks and to everyone who helped pick up the fall displays. 5) Daren Maierle will fill in for Santa House! They will not be doing First Friday, but after that will have shifts for Santas and Santas helpers Friday  12/14 and 12/21 6-8 pm, Saturday 12/8, 12/15 and 12/22 4-7 pm, and Sunday 12/9, 12/16 and 12/23 2-5 pm. 6) Brooke Hamstra announced Cardinal Services Santa’s Elf program, so that every person served at Cardinal Services gets a free gift this Christmas season! Email michelle.boxell@cardinalservices.org that you want to be an elf. She will send you the name of someone along with 3-6 gift ideas.  You are NOT expected to buy everything on the list, it’s just there to offer ideas of what the person you are shopping for would like. Suggested spending $25-$75 including bag. Do not wrap! Instead please place in a gift bag with tissue paper. Put the person’s name and Your name (or from your Cardinal Elf) on the tag. All gifts must be delivered to the front office of Cardinal Services by 5 pm Tuesday Dec. 11 (504 N. Bay Drive, Warsaw). 7) Marty Becker announced there will be a salute to Leonard Bernstein concert (“Celebrating 100 Years”) with the Grace Wind Ensemble Friday November 16, 7:30, at the Winona Heritage Room. Admission is free; a free will offering will be taken. 8) Coach Kessler announced the schedule for the Officer Terry Poulston Hoops for Hope Basketball schedule: Friday Nov 16, 4 pm and 6 pm, Women’s, 8 pm Men’s; Saturday 10 am and 2 pm Women’s, 12 pm and 4 pm Men’s. Buy tickets to raise money for the Cancer Care Fund of Kosciusko County! 8) Pam Galloway needs help staffing slots for the Bell Ringing for Salvation Army. On Dec 15 (Saturday) our Club is covering K-Mart (indoors) and the north and South entrances of Walmart (outdoors) from 9 am to 5 pm. Shifts are one hour long. Please contact Pam if you are able to help. Sign up sheets will be out next week.

Lt. Governor Becky Mahoney said she needs our input about building new Clubs. She is the liaison between the three Warsaw Clubs , Rochester and Plymouth. The next Indiana North District meetings are January 25-26, 2019, Huntington-Huntington U, April 26-27, Wabash-Honeywell Center and August 9-10, Middlebury-Essenhaus.
