Jenna Secrist announced:
Don Kenipe. He has been an Optimist Member since 1981. He is married to his wife, Marilyn and has three children, Bruce, Barbara and Jane. He has a cat and chickens. Don retired from the Automobile Business. His hobbies include gardening and reading. His activity of interest is food pantry. Don has resided in Pierceton for 15 years. His burning desire is to live to be 100. Something that nobody knows about Don is that he was a cast member of the first Outdoor Operetta performed in Indianapolis. His key to success is take each day one at a time. His Optimist memory is when he got to be the “expert” tree salesman during the Christmas Tree Sales. Thank you for sharing and for all that you have done for our club Don!

Program:
John Nolan from the Fort Wayne Tincaps presented this morning! He shared a lot of information about the group including:

The Fort Wayne Tincaps try to accommodate families with additional promotions such as Lego night, Princess fairy tale Knight and SNL. He encouraged us to attend a game event and a non-game event at the facility. They have a lot to offer and he also mentioned that they will be starting a Rewards Program this year as well.
