Prayer was offered by Tracy Furnival. Pledge was given to the American Flag. Promise yourself was said in unison. Birthday Honorees: George Bren-nan & Jeff Neumann. Martin Becker led us with ―identity‖ results. Mystery Person Don Reinholt re-ported 27 people shook his hand.

Prayer List: Roger Crouse’s family at the passing of his father. Steve Wilson’s family at the passing of his daughter, Megan. Bill Hilliard is finished with his pro-gram. His voice may come back. Daniel Elliott’s fol-low-up consists of 3 shots of chemo a week until Oct 10.

Christmas Tree Sales: Past Pres. Jim Reeve re-ported we have sold over 135 of 300 trees.
Martin Becker invites all to the 12/11 Grace Holiday Concert at 7:30pm at Rodeheaver.
Optimist Singers: Martin Becker said they sing to-night at Miller’s Merry Manor, 12/18 at 10am at Health & Wellness, our meeting 12/23, & B-Macs 12/24 at 7am.
Trace Hansen invited us to an Optimist Skating So-cial Party, 12/20 from 6:30pm to 8:30, for Optimist’s families & grandkids. Bring a desert. Free drinks. Bouncehouse, skating, socializing, projector football.
Santa House: Call Trina Hoy, Jane Greene, Tammy Keirn or Angie Tom to be Santa on 12/12 or 12/19.
Bob Jackson announced this year’s Terry Polston, Hoops for Hope will be Dec 11 at 6 & 8pm & Dec 12 at 1 & 3pm. Proceeds go to the Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund. Tickets are $5. Come 12/11 at 7pm for a tribute to Officer Polston.
Oratorical Contest: Jeff Owens thanked our spon-sors & his co-chairs.

The Dec 14th Board Meeting has been cancelled.
College Optimists: Calendars are $7 each.
We will try doing a 50/50 drawing in January.

Stacey Cox saluted: Harry Gigous, who joined in 1998, & has 11 years perfect attendance, sets up our Christmas Tree lot, Santa House, Safe Assured, has been a board member & was Pillar of the Commu-nity. Trina Hoy, who joined 2006, & has 2 years per-fect attendance, is our photographer, works our Santa House, & Art in the Park. Stacey needs stories on Dr. Steve Hollar & Henry Church for next week.
Sherriff Bill Landrigan has gotten our attendance up over 80 several times!
Sergeant-at-Arms: Merl Heckaman, John Barrett, & Lyle Enyeart: Scott Whitaker is the new Warsaw Police Chief, John Kidd invited us to the Sockmon-keys concert for Combined Community Service 12/19 from 7 to 10pm at the Elks. Cost is 4 cans of food. Stacey Cox insurance. The Goon boys sold 26 Christmas trees. Dave Meier has gotten publicity for our events.
