Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club presents Cindy Dobbins (WCDC Director) with a check for $300.00 to help support this years Spooktaculor. This downtown event draws hundreds of children downtown for trick or treating, costume contests and fun. Last year nearly 800 children were in attendance, Cindy states they are expecting over a thousand children this year. The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club supports this event not only with funds but with lots of manpower to assure this event is successful as well as safe for the children.
