Program – State of the Town of Winona Lake – Craig Allebach. Craig updated us on the vision and current happenings in Winona Lake. Highlights included:
Stonehenge Golf Course – Thank you to Denny Hepler for your excellent work to revive the course
Racoon Run Development – Dirt is being moved as that development begins to take shape
Roundabout – 250 East and Pierceton Road will begin soon, and wrap up August 1
New Residential TIF (Tax Incremental Financing) area
Greenway extension, (Heritage Trail East), from Miller Field to Christ’s Covenant. Also extension from Lakeland Christian Academy to Racoon Run Development.
