Program – State of the Town of Winona Lake – Craig Allebach. Craig updated us on the vision and current happenings in Winona Lake. Highlights included:

• Stonehenge Golf Course – Thank you to Denny Hepler for your excellent work to revive the course
• Racoon Run Development – Dirt is being moved as that development begins to take shape
• Roundabout – 250 East and Pierceton Road will begin soon, and wrap up August 1
• New Residential TIF (Tax Incremental Financing) area
• Greenway extension, (Heritage Trail East), from Miller Field to Christ’s Covenant. Also extension from Lakeland Christian Academy to Racoon Run Development.
• Update on the Ride Walk Committee
• Feasibility study to extend the greenway west down Winona Beach Road
• Roundabout @ Argonne Road and King’s Highway
• Columbia Street extension to Pierceton Road
• Winona Lake Pavilion and Ice Rink
• Winona Lake Limitless Park Master Plan is being updated
• Pickleball courts are planned adjacent to the tennis courts
