Program – Kelly Mager. Kelly has created kcountyevents.com, this website provides info to Kosciusko County residents about activities in the county.
After moving to the area and having kids, it took Kelly a long time to find infant/toddler-friendly activities to get out of the house. That frustration led her to build a system for it. The desire to serve and connect others with that knowledge led her to the creation of kcountyevents.com.
After being introduced to Joel Widman and discussing options, they realized that yes, it could be done. And they would be the ones to do it.
Kosciusko County has so many hidden gems, so we thought we’d bring them to light and show them off. Small towns don’t have to be boring. Like anything, it’s what you make of it. Make the most of your town by engaging in it and getting involved. You have so much to offer and it has so much to offer you!
Kelly knew what it was like to wake up on a Saturday morning and be like, “All right kids, what do you want to do today?” Then each of our families spends the next two hours trying to find something interesting, and by the time we’ve decided what we want to do, it’s time for a snack and a nap. KCountyEvents was developed to help families (and individuals) find events they can enjoy with people they love!
