The second video was of a bridge made by geniuses who knew that an 11’ 8” bridge would eyeball as ordinary, but be just low enough to take the tops off of trailers that passed under it.

Program:

Merl Heckaman and Keegan Tom entertained us as they put on our White Elephant Auction.  They did something a little different this year.  They put out a table.  If you did not want the item you bought, you could leave it on the “trade table” and a high bidder in the future could take it instead of what they won.  Yours truly used this to great advantage.  Someone had left venison sausage on the table.  I bid on the next item to use it as a “coupon” for the venison sausage.

Other items of note were:

Ken Anderson won a decorative plate.

Don Kenipe won an Optimist apron and creed plaque.

Lyle Enyeart won a cheese platter and Magic Bubbles.

Andy Swihart won a “cash bonanza.”

Mike Cusick won Dr Teeth.

Past Lt. Gov. Jim Reeve won the venison sausage & generously left it on the trade table.

Past Lt. Gov. Dr. David Haines won a shirt and an Indy 500 program.

Past Lt. Gov. Sam Whitaker won an interesting “family message.”

John Ames won a 1000 piece puzzle.

Noel Hoke won a golf comments playback device.

Past Lt. Gov. Jim  Reeve won some books.

Art Gakstatter won some old calendars.

Kamden Tom won some figurines for Angie.

Mary Ann Gradeless won some steak knives.

Keegan Tom won some perfume for Angie.

Kamden Tom won some Boy Scout Sweet and Savory deluxe popcorn.

Past Lt. Gov. Dr. David Haines won some Yankee Candles.

Art Gakstatter won some Boy Scout Sweet and Savory deluxe popcorn.

Trace Hansen won some salad tongs.

Gina Voelz won some local golf balls.
