Call John to let him know which subcommittee you will work.

Program: Director Tracy Furnivall brought us up to date with the many activities at Baker Youth Club. He thanked us for our $600 contribution towards the kids Christmas party & gifts. In addition to the open gym, basketball, sock tag, pool, & ping pong of the past; BYC has an active Homework Room. The kids using it have raised their math & reading scores along with school attendance. Kids read for 20 min-utes a night 2 nights a week. BYC is building rela-tionships with kids. Those of us who were kids a long time ago see the value of these relationships.
