The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club (Friends of Youth) donates Thousands of dollars every year in this community to programs that directly effect the youth of our community. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Kosciusko County is a non-profit organization committed to speaking in the best interest of children those who are at risk for abuse and neglect. CASA recruits, trains, and supports volunteers to serve at-risk children in the family court system.
