- Mike Metzger, Joined Optimist Club March 2012. Married to Cathy. 9 children and 20 grandchildren! 2 dogs. Lived in Warsaw for 30 years. CEO of Metzger Trucking Co. Hobbies: Fishing, riding motorcycle. Burning desire: Be able to help people in a positive way. Key to success: Try to treat people the way I want to be treated. Honors: Past Chairman of Indiana Motor Truck Assoc. Something no-one knows about me: I talk so much I have no secrets. Favorite Optimist Memory: Last week hearing my grandson Mason speak to our group.
